I would like to take this time to thank everyone who gave me ideas and motivations toward this project. It really shows how much people are interested in this and how we can help. This project won’t be easy and may take more time than needed, but I will try my best to do what I can.
Bing: I would appreciate it if you would please give me some kind of suggestion instead of agreeing with people, like you did for everyone else. There’s barely any substance to your comment, so it’s better not to post anything at all.
citizenavalon: Yes, I am currently doing a research with different types of substances. Even though I know I won’t be able to find an alternate fuel source in such a small time, I’ll will carry out some of your suggestions on educating people on ways to conserve gas. I don’t think I am able to convince people to by hybrids because they are very expensive, but we’ll see how that goes. Thank you for your comments.
Megan: Sorry for not being clear as to what I am doing. I want to be able to help Americans conserve gas, and to so, the most feasible step I can take is to inform and educate them on conserving gas. To start the project off, I have to inform myself first and take the necessary steps like carpooling to school instead of having two cars. Thank you for your comments.
Chardae: Yes, I know you are right. Gas is just too expensive right now and there’s too limited of a supply to meet the demands. I hope I don’t have to walk or ride a bicycle to work one day because I can’t afford gas.
ltero: I think writing to different car manufacturers can help me with this project. Maybe they can send me more realistic steps I can take toward this goal. Also, they may give me brochures or something tangible to be able to pass out to others. Carpooling is one way of saving gas. I’m already doing it myself. Thanks.
ShaQuanda: I agree with everything you said. You basically gave me a summary of my whole project. With the available parking spots now on campus, it would be great if a lot of people start to carpool. Thanks.
Brandon: Many people really do complain and don’t take the necessary steps to solve it. Even if they drive everywhere, if they are able to understand what causes them to waste a lot of gas while driving (like flat tire, etc.) they can still conserve gas. Eventually, they will have to stop driving since they will be bankrupted if they keep it up. Thanks for your comments.
Elisa: Thanks for your comments. That’s the first time I see so many ‘high’ words together in one spot. Yes, you are right about driving to school from over the Mississippi River, I know how it is. I hate having to pay gas everything I want to go somewhere. I hope that this project works out.
Diondra: As soon as I read your comments, I already imaged you saying that to me. Stopping global warming would be a great help to the environment. We are our worst enemies. Hope we don’t fry in the sun one day. Thanks.
Young: I understand what you are saying, but I am not telling people not to buy gas. I am simply trying to ‘increase the awareness of my peers by informing them on ways to save gas and persuade them to buy hybrids.’ It can only be affective if the person understands the severity of the problem. Hope that clear some things.
Rhonda: Thanks for your comments. I know that many people drive alone these days because it’s more convient for them. Carpooling is a possible solution to lower gas consumption, that is one of the things I want to inform people about. I also hope this works out too.
gajennings: Yes, you may be right. I may not be able to do anything physically, but I can start by carpooling and helping others get to and from places. I guess that would count as doing something physical. I am hoping to do more than what I already can. Thanks.
Ronnie: I won’t be able to do it in one semester, probably. Do you have any suggestions or ideas that you think can help me with this project? I would appreciate if you said more. Thanks.
Erica: The project will require a lot of work, but no pain, no gain! I’ll just do what I am able to do for the time being.
Brittany: Things may work out for the better. Hopefully I can achieve doing more than I expected this semester. Thanks.

Future of US if we don’t take action.
