The Enuma Elish and book of Gensis have similarites and differences. The Enuma Elish [most high] was the babylonian creation story. Whereas the book of Gensis is the Jewish/Christian creation story. However, they are both creation stories that provided man with theories on how we may have been created. The Enuma Elish supposed that there was many gods present at the time of creation while, Gensis supposed that there was only one God.

The Tigalth-Pileser was the King of Assyria; a country know for it’s mighty war history. The Tiglath -Pileser principle is the idea that every one who went to war believed that they won. The principle explains that many stories were exaggerated and molded to make either side’s rulers believe that their country had indeed won the war.
