The biblical prophets relate to my project because in the bible the prophet were there to tell the king or ruler God’s message. Based on what my project concerns, I’m delievering a message to teenagers about STDs. I hope that they absorb the information given to them. I look at the situation like a biblical prophet may have looked at it. Biblical prophets gave their message to the kings or ruler hoping that they would follow God’s message.

Job’s expriences relates to the rebuilding of New Orleans because people who lost everything in Hurricane Katrina has started to gain their things back. Although the things are not what they may have had before the hurricane, it is certainly a replacement. Many people although people lost their things, some never cursed God about it. They simply praised God that them and their family made it out safely and they praised God when things they losted got replaced. Evenmoreso, people praised God when they got to return to New Orleans. Even New Orleans as a whole will be able to praise God when it returns back to it’s normal state of what New Orleans was. I believe that eventually it will happen even though it may take a long time to happen. This whole rebuilding process surely will take some time because of all the corruption that took place before and even after Hurricane Katrina. Just as long as the city doesn’t curse God, it will get everything back like it was before.

Psalms 22 is about ones cries to God to deliever them. At the beginning, the person askes God why had the forsaken him. Explains that he has been crying out all day and even at night and he still hasn’t recieved any answer from God. He talks about how God delievered other when they cried out. Trouble is nearing the person and he has no strength to get through it. He is asking God for his help. He says that he will praise God in a congregation if God delievered him. He is willing to do what it takes to get God to deliever him from his trouble that is nearing.
