Since the main focus of my project is to work with disabled children at a stable, what better logo then a horse.

A patriarch is a man who rules a family, clan, or tribe. A matriarch is a woman who rules or dominates a family, group, or state, specifically a mother who is head and ruler of her family and descendants. I do believe that both the patriarchs and matriarchs are good role models because what they do is what builds a path for others to follow.
My favorite commandment from the Decalogue is number 5, which is “honor thy father and mother.” I feel as this commandment goes perfect with the previous question about the importance of patriarchs and matriarchs. Our father’s and mother’s are important, not only because they brought us into this word, but because they took care of us when we were sick and hurting, helped us grow up and so much more. Our parents taught us right from wrong and helped protect us from things that may hurt us, but at times let us fall so we could learn a lesson. We should be thankful and grateful for everything our parents have done for us.
