The worst thing that king David did was to have Bathsheba’s husband killed. He killed a man because she got his wife pregnant while he was at war. He sent for this man to come home and spend quality time with his wife and he didn’t. He didn’t even go inside of the house because he felt as if he was be trading his land and people. Now since he didn’t have intercourse with his wife now there is only one thing to do is “kill him”. God told David that he was ashamed of his behavior because he had given him everything that he had ask for and even more. God gave him seven wives to love and make love with, but that was not good enough. David had to touch something that was not his and only if he would had asked for another women God would had given it to him. As always men want there cake and eat it too. SO GREEDY!
Deuteronomistic Historian feels that a good king is a man that lives his life and rules the people like god would. This king would have to abide by the living of God. He would have to treat his people as if they were his own kids and care for there well-beings not his person gain rom his kids. He would have too pe a submissive person to opinions of others that are beneath him. George W. Bush is not the ruler I would like to have neither would the Deuteronomistic Historian would like. He is all about being seen and heard not about makin’’ a true difference. He needs to make sure that all of his past political endorsements are happy with there gain that they shell get from him being in office. Something that he did was good and some was bad but like everyone says the bad is always seen more then the good. My feelings on one of the laws that were passed is the new Medicare part D. I was totally against it for the simple reason I’m already in a high tax bracket because I have no dependents and getting paid a pretty dollar per hour. So initial that was my feeling on it, however once I started to see haw helpful it was I was like ok this will be here to help my mom out one day. Then I really started to look into it, that fund will be maxed out by time my mom qualifies for it. There is only a certain amount of fund that there for people and the amount of people that are one Med part D is outrageous, then the amount of drugs they get is even more outrageous, then the amount of people that is misusing the service is more outrageous. In a medicare part D plan there is a donut hole that every person has.
What this donut hole for example the insurance will pay up to 8,999 dollars for meds. Now you need to realize that is the patient participate in a Part D plan however it’s the best interest to go to a pharmacy that is in contract with that insurance company to receive the most for there money. This is because the insurance will not pay the cash price I would give a customer but yet a discounted rate. Then you need to look at the doctors that have agreements with drug reps. to write prescriptions for there drugs (which are nine times out of ten a brand drug). So the patient will get on the average 5 to 8 prescriptions a month and half will be brand due to the doctor and both patient. So as we know brand name is all more expensive then generic so they will use there 8,999 dollars faster. Once all of that money is gone the patient will now start paying cash for there drugs. Well not actually all cash about 30 dollars of the customer cash price and tax will be covered. All the rest is out of pocket until you meet half of what they gave you wish would be 4499.50 dollars, and believe it you will never pay that half for them to start picking it up you r prescriptions again. You would have to wait til a new year to start with you zero dollar co-pay for insurance.
