My project focuses on bettering a race of people that have been exploited and suffered many major misfortunes over the years. The biblical prophets symbolized the same sort of advancement in social dealings. Their sole purpose was to enrich the lives of others through the principles of God. I believe through amiable Christian qualities the lives of many people affected by genocide can be enriched. Job’s experience with material possession is mystifying to me. It is amazing how characteristics of human nature has not changed, that even then material possessions were important. Job lost everything that everything God had given to him, all his material possession. God was basically using this as a test of Job’s faith and obedience. Job’s situation is really similar to the losses suffered after hurricane Katrina. People who suffered in Katrina have had to a spirit of Job and have faith in God’s power to restore their lives. Psalm 22 symbolizes Jesus’ sacrifice for our sins. The chapter basically describes the crucificion of Jesus. Through his sacrifice our sins can be forgiven. Jesus’ death is daily reminder of his omnipresence even when it seems he is not around.
