To Whom It May Concern:
Hi, my name is Kirsten Chambers. I am a student at Xavier University in New Orleans, LA. I am doing a project for one of my classes, and basically the project is meant to help us (the class) make the world a better place. As young people in such a big world, of course we can’t change it in 15 weeks but we can’t start a lifetime of change. My project is focused on the educating of children and teaching them right from wrong. I believe that you should definitely start young in the educating of children. It is at early age that children form character traits and habits that will last for a lifetime. Education is a major problem everywhere, but I can relate more because I was apart of it. As a student of the Orleans Parish Public School System everyday we heard more information about what was going on in our school system. Nothing was getting better, things were only getting worse. I feel like it at home we teach children right from wrong, an implement programs in our schools to help also, we will have a world of much better people. So if you can, can you please help me in implementing this fight against bad education.
Thank you,
Kirsten Chambers
Israel wanted a monarchy because things weren’t going very well for them. Samuel warned them not to get a King, God was there ruler to trust in him. David was a good king, of course he has problem like everyone else but all in all I think he was a good ruler.
