The similarities of Genesis and Enuma Elish are that of course both consist of creation stories. Heaven and earth are also created in both of these. Enuma Elish also contains the number seven which of course is mentioned throughout Genesis and the Bible in general. Some differences of Genesis and Enuma Elish are the that Apsu wants to kill Tiamat’s kids because of them making too much noise. The New Year Celebration also doesn’t take place in Genesis.

The Tiglath-Pileser Principle dealt with the King of Assyria (1115-1076 BCE) who was a natural philospher. He basically makes it sound that he conquered all the battles that him and his army fought, but really didn’t. These accomplishments that the king stated were obviously not true. The principle is basically completely twisting the truth on things that really happened.
