The Enuma Elish and Genesis are similar because they both were considered the creation of Earth. The Enuma Elish said Earth was to be created on seven tablets by many Gods but in Genesis they said only one God created Earth and he did so in seven days.
Tiglath-Pileser was a king. He was king of Assyria during the middle of the Assyrian period (1114-1076 B.C.E.). He was considered one of the great Assyrian monarchs.
