In regards to my project, which was have a culture month here on campus, I have some things I need to finish up, but it is moving along. I have contacted some museums about being able to give us pamphlets for us to use about different cultures. I have also contacted some foreign restaurants about being able to either donate some foreign cuisine, or being able to give us recipes for the food. Two more things I want to do is to talk to the many clubs on campus that represent the foreigners such as the vietnemese club, and other clubs about being able to participate and help educate us on their culture. Another thing would to talk to the people of other nationalities that are on campus and also try to get them involved in helping us with ideas and participating in the actual event. hopefully by the beginning of November, I can go to the Xavier office and see if I would able to start this before Final exams begin and hopefully I will be successful in doing this.
