Looks like the common theme among projects is poverty. It would definitely be amazing to see what am impact we as a class could have on this issue if we all teamed up together!

Similarities between Genesis and Enuma Elish include things such as the 7 tablets and the 7 days of creation in the Genesis story. Both stories are those that help explain to the people of the story’s time period why things are the way they are and why they happened. Both stories validate where people came from (helps with the political and social order of things). Also, another similarity includes that earth was desolate darkness before creation, and the order in which things were created was the same in both stories.

Tiglath-Pileser principle is named after the Assyrian king Tiglath-Pileser. This principle is named after this king because he was known to exaggerate his victories and exaggerate when he wrote about his victories. The point of this principle is that we shouldn’t believe everything that we read and know that many things are going to be exaggerated when they are written down!
