Biblical prophets made numerous prophecies in the Bible. Many were about how the world would come to an end. I think this relates to my project because I believe what global warming is doing is destroying our planet in slow, incremental steps. Therefore, if we destroy our planet, in which we are doing to some extent by deforestation, burning fossil fuels and so on, the world as we know it, on Earth is perish. The world needs to work together against global warming and the shade of ignorance that falls upon many people needs to be uplift. Maybe I’m blowing things out of proportion, but global warming is something serious.
Job’s experience relates to rebuilding New Orleans in many ways. Job was a righteous man who God tested to see how committed Job was to Him after all the predicaments he had to face. Job was put through many trials and tribulations by God. For example, God allowed Satan to strip Job out of all his possessions, including his family. Although Job hadn’t committed any sins, three of his friends thought otherwise because of how God was making him suffer. Eventually Job began to resent God for everything He was putting him through. This relates to rebuilding New Orleans because just like Job, the citizens of New Orleans lost all their possession due to the storm. Similarly to Job’s three friends, many people believed that the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina was done because of the all the sinning that was taking place in the city prior to Hurricane Katrina. Job developed some resent towards God because of all the pain and suffering he endured. Job’s experience is an example of how people are tempted to resent God after a incident such as Hurricane Katrina. Another way how Job’s experience relate to rebuilding Hurricane Katrina is the bad things happen to good people, but we all must learn a lesson from the experience at the end.
Psalm 22 is about two things, which are joy and sufferings. In this book of the Bible, the first half is where all the sufferings take place with Jesus. It includes a detailed description of Jesus’ crucifixion. The second half of Psalm 22 is about more joyous events. These events include the deliverance of Jesus, in which God finally answers his outcrys, which leads to everyone praising God.

Joannie, thanks for your comment and trying to cheer me up. The reason why i had a meeting with those older people is because i wanted to start off with the people who are actually providing the alcohol to these minors first, and once they understand the consequences, then my next move is towards the minors. As for physics, you’ll do fine. I heard it is not as bad in the summer. look on the bright side, i might be your classmate again in the summer!!!…=)
