Many Christians belive that the world will come to an end during their lifetime because of  various reasons. Many people say that the world will end on certain dates and people believe them. Also the book of revelation talks about things that will happen in the future. The book of revelation talk about things that will happen before Jesus comes back. The book of revelatin talks about armageddon and other things. It says that Jesus will not destroy the world by water again. He will destroy the world with fire instead. Many people belive that the world will end soon because they think that Obama is the antichrist. It is said that the antichrist will be of political power and will not believe in God. Many people use the things that are said in the book of revelation and turn it into what they want it to be. First people thought the world was going to end in the year 2000. People were doing all sorts of things trying to prepare for the demons that were supposedly going to cause the world to end. I think that this is very silly actually. Now it is believed that the world will end in the year 2012. I do not belive this either. I really do not believe that man will know when the world will end. I believe that it will catch us all by surprise. There are many things that are happening in the world today that make people suspect that the world will end. With the natural disasters that have occurred, the war, the economic crisis, and so much killing that is going on may also be the reason that many Christians believe the world is about to end. There are also many prophecies made throughout time that has made Christians believe that the world will end during their lifetime. Many of these prophecies correspond with many things that are happening in our world today. I always here people say that they wonder if the world is about to do because there are so many things that are going on. People are becoming more violent and are basically inconsiderate of other people. A lot of  sexually transmitted diseases are also going on. A lot of other diseases such as cancer are also taking a lot of people’s lives. All of these things contribute to why people think that the world is going to end during their lifetime. I think that everyone just needs to pray and God will make everything alright.

I feel that my overrall blog grade should be an A. I have fulfilled all of the requirements of the blog.  I did not always complete them by midnight on Saturday but I did complete them.  Even though I dreaded doing these blogs and put completing them on hold until I could no longer procrastinate, I still finished them. I did not understand the point at first. Sometimes I just wished that we had to turn in a two page paper weekly to show that we understood and were actually retaining the information. These blogs took up a lot of my time, and I feel that I should be rewarded accordingly for doing everything that I was supposed to do. Each blog entry answers all of the questions that were asked. My blogs also have the required word count. Each blog entry is at least 1,000 words. I have successfully shown that I do understand and show knowledge of the various subjects that we are required to know in order to complete these blog entries. My blog entries also thouroughly explain what was being asked. I feel that I really put forth the effort of completing my blog entries successfully and on time in the end.

I feel that my project grade should receive a B. Even though I did complete my project I think that I could have maybe done a little more to improve the world. Even though I think I could have done more. I feel that I could have done more such as getting people who came from low income families to also talk to the teenagers with me. I could have gotten adults who had children at a young age to come and explain to the children how hard it was. They could have also explained to the children that no excuse is a good excuse when it comes to why a person did not succeed. Even though I feel like I reached the children, I could have done a little more to really emphasize the importance of education. I also feel that I still have improved the world. My problem was a huge problem whether others think so or not. In my opinion, we really need to explain to children the importance of getting a good, strong, and solid education. We need to explain to children that they need to do their best because they are the future. If we do not have intelligent people with a strong educational background the world will be in serious trouble. We need as many intelligent people as possible so that we can continue to improve and move forward. I do feel that I have made a difference though. I feel that as long as I have gotten through to at least one child then I have made a difference. That one person may take my advice and perform at their full potential and become a very successful person. That child will then be able to explain to their children the importance of receiving a good education and they will be successful and the success will contine throughout the generations. Another thing I wish I would have done was to get my sister to accompany me when I talked to the teenagers. She is my role model and I think that she would have been the icing on the cake. Even though she was not able to help me with this because she lives out of state, I still think I did an overall great job with my project. I took out of my busy schedule to address a problem I think is affecting the world in a negative way and I believe I accomplished everything I set out to do.
