First read the blog entries of 10 other people in your section and post detailed comments about their projects. You should at least read their week 3 entry “MY PROJECT” and their week 9 “PROJECT” entry. You should respectfully evaluate their project and give suggestions. Name the 10 people in your blog. How do the biblical prophets relate to your project? How does Job’s experience relate to rebuilding New Orleans? What is Psalm 22 about?

The word prophet comes from the Greek word, “prophetes” which means to speak on someone’s behalf. The word profit is known to mean spokes person or announcer. The prophets were known to spread God’s forecast to the people; however, there were more roles that the prophets undertook. The prophets were responsible for telling what would happen in the future. Biblical prophets came from many different backgrounds and lineage. A biblical prophet may be old or young, rich or poor, male or female. It is God’s plan that the prophets come from diverse backgrounds. This relates to my project on behalf of the efforts that are put into helping people. Just as I am trying to help those in need of health insurance the prophets were the ones that lead people to do the right thing by spreading the word.
In the Old Testament, Job felt that God was punishing him for something that he had done. This relates directly to those people of New Orleans. Many people say that God sent a hurricane because the city was full of sin.
Psalm 22 is written by David. David is feeling guilty about what he has done. David feels that God has forsaken him. David also feels that he is nothing. Psalm 22 pretty much serves as the means for begging God to get back in his good graces.
