Blog exactly what you have done to improve the world regarding your project.

In the end, my project was not all that I hoped it would be. I wanted to change the world or at least have a big impact on a lot of people but I set the bar just a smidgen too high. I saw all these things happening with my website. It was like my mind was working and coming up with new ideas on how to make my website professional but not too grown. I wanted young girls to be able to relate. I wanted to be able to give advice to young people and maybe even old people who are trying to increase their self esteem. They are trying to find themselves and their likes and dislikes. I wanted to show them what was beautiful about them. I wanted them to see that it does not matter what any one else thinks about you if you think good about you. That is what I wanted to do with my website. I wanted it to be a place where even I could go when I got down or when I needed a little confidence booster. But I guess I wanted too much so I had to settle for something that was not on such big a scale but matter none the less. I set out to give just a few girls the facts and maybe give them a confidence boost. Teens have it the worst of every one in this country. It is almost as if they get no relief from outside influences tell them who and what they should be; telling them what they can and can not do. It is non stop. I want them to feel good about themselves and maybe they could have passed on the good news that they are beautiful and so are you. While talking to those girls, I saw the ones that were most affected by the ideal woman and not fitting into that category. They were introverted and did not even want to say their names. It was heart breaking to see. I think I did influence them a little bit. I might not have changed the whole world but I do think that I did change theirs. I think that they might go home and say yeah that is pretty, I see what she is talking about. I think that I showed these girls that they were beautiful and special and that some one really does care. I hope I did a good job. I hope I helped them to see that beauty comes from with in and it is in the eye of the beholder and their eye only. I think I helped them to see what the media really does to make them feel bad about them selves.

Why was Jesus crucified?

First off, Jesus was crucified for me and you. He was crucified to take care of the debt that humans owed to God. With out Jesus dying on the cross, we would not be forgiven of our sins. He suffered so that we would not have to. Now that I got that off of my chest I can go into the politics of why Jesus of Nazareth died. First off, Jesus made the Pharisees very mad with him. He literally called them liars to their faces. He called them hypocrites and frauds because they told the people to do one thing and they did another. He said they were only Sunday Christians. On the outside they look like the perfect Hebrews but really they do not live up to the ideals of a true Hebrew. He said that they do not weigh up when it comes to justice, mercy and faithfulness. Jesus also has some issues with the Sadducees. They do not believe in the afterlife or the idea of a final judgment. But this was not the thing that got Jesus. Jesus did not like the fact that the Sadducees used their religious power for evil. They do things that will get them a more advance place in life rather than get a more advanced place for God. They were corrupt and they did not like the idea of Jesus trying to call them out for it.

Jesus also has just a few problems with the Romans. They think he is trying to lead an uprising against them and they can not have that. Jesus possesses a threat to the Roman Empire as a whole. They feel that if you get one of the countries that you conquered to throw a revolt the others will follow suit. They can not take that chance so they do what they have to do. Jesus is also causing a rift in everyday society in Jerusalem. When he goes to the Court of the Gentiles and starts accusing them of commercializing their religion this makes the Romans really mad. He went into the court and started making a very big scene. In this court, he finds the trade center for the city. They sell animals and other things that can be used for the offering done with in the temple by Jews. When Jesus saw all of this blasphemous behavior going on he started to turn over the moneychangers tables. He drove out the animals and this was a very big deal. In this time, if any body had done this, they would have been crucified and put on trial. So when Jesus did this with all of his messed up relations with the Romans already you knew that he was going to get a very severe punishment. Jesus then goes on to make Herod the Great even madder at him by refusing to do a “wonder” in front of him. If he had done one maybe he would not have been killed. As I said before however, God had it written already that Jesus had to die for the sins of man.
