I choose to write my letters to a couple of important people to me because I thought they would help since they are very religious and close to God and are also able to help with a problem like that. Unfortunately I didn’t get any responses from anyone yet.

Hello, my name is Marteena Girgis and I am currently enrolled into a theology class at Xavier University of Louisiana. The purpose of this letter is to bring about awareness on a major problem the world is facing today. There are many problems that innocent people in the world are suffering from. Today, I raise my voice on one that is troubling me the most, World Hunger. Do you know how many people are suffering because they don’t have enough money to feed themselves? Do you know how many people go to sleep without eating anything? Statistics say there are about 963 million individuals around the world who are currently hungry. There are almost 16,000 innocent children who die every day because of hunger-related causes. Around every 5 seconds there is a child that dies because of this terrible world problem. I ask you today to help me put a stop to this problem. You have a bigger voice than me and people will listen when more are concerned or aware about this situation. Help put up a donation to those who are suffering because of world hunger. About six million children under 5 years of age die each year as an end result of famine. Please help me save those innocent people before it’s too late.
Sincerely,
Marteena Girgis

I have to do a project on a major problem that the world is currently facing. There are many situations that the world is suffering in, but I chose to do my project on world hunger because that troubled me the most. There are many who are suffering from this terrible problem and I want to put an end to this once and for all. There are many people that are at risk and also the population is decreasing because many people around the world are dying every day as a result of world hunger. I know you are very aware of this situation and I need your assistance. I am writing to you today, to ask you if you may please help put up a donation at our church for the hungry. I will deeply appreciate this if you can do this for those who are in need of all of us.

God’s house is a very holy place. People can view God’s house differently than a lot of other people. I view God’s house as the church, since it is technically God’s house. The church tells us a lot about God; that’s where we all learn more and more about God. The church tells us about what God did and does for us; it teaches us a lot of good things that we should know. Being at church can help a lot of people get closer to God and also help them with their lives, whether it was for work, school, or just with their families. It’s very important for all of us to know what the church is all about. God’s house tells us how great God is and just many other things that we should know.
The Promised Land is a term that is used to describe the land that is promised by God, according to the bible. I think the Promised Land is problematic nowadays, because people still can’t find the location of the Promised Land since no one has proof that the “Promised Land” actually exists. Most of the people say that it is in Israel, other people say Jerusalem; just different places. But it all depends on the faith. Only the faith of the people will proof that the “Promised Land” actually exists.
