So this is my wonderful logo♥:

The partiarchs and monarchs were without a doubt assests to humanity. Their life stories have inspired millions of people abroad in a postive way. No, every action in these characters lives were not favorable. For instance, we are all aware that Sarah lost faith in God when he told her that she would be blessed with a child, we all know Rebekah had her part in decieveing her husband Issac, yes Jacob took advantage of his brother and tricked his father, and Leah suffered with an enormus case of jealousy. However, the stories of all of these leaders’ lives have taught humanity valuable lessons and morals.

God told the patriarch, Abraham that he will be the father of many nations and Abraham never lost faith in God. What I have learned personally from the life of Abraham was, to have faith and believe in what God tells me.

My personal favorite commandment in the decalouge is commandment number nine. “Thy shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor”. This is my favorite commandment because it forbids one to lie. I believe that lying is a horrible action that only leads to horrible consequences. If you make one lie then you have to build a web full of them and eventually you will find yourself all tied up in a huge mess. It is best to tell the truth and walk away without a load on your chest.

Lying alone can cause one to create a chain reaction and break many commandments. God knows what is best for man and that is why he included the prohibitation of lying in his ten commandments. Futhermore, him knowing what is best for huamanity is why he created the ten commandments. God knew we would need a set of laws and he set them broad…and they cover just about every possible sin. I believe the ten commandments is a wonderful work of art that is very benefical to mankind.
