Blackboard: Using Assignment and Plagiarism Detection Tools
Simplify course assignment collection, verification and management

Do you collect student assignments through email or in person? Do you need an easy way to set and manage deadlines? Are you concerned about plagiarism? Don't clutter your inbox, save trees, and check student work for authenticity by using Blackboard's assignment submission tools!

In this workshop you will learn how to use the Assignment tool to collect and manage assignments as well as use the SafeAssign tool to discourage plagiarism. We will also discuss the advantages and disadvanteges of using the digital dropbox.

Dr. Jason Todd (English) uses SafeAssign in his classes. He will explain how he uses SafeAssign and share his experiences with using SafeAssign.
