What is a Second Line?

Its people dancing while following a brass band on the street or at a party. Second Liners also have a special step, shuffle or dance they do when following the band. This is called "Second Lining." New Orleans do the Second Line at the end of every party, baptism, wedding, funeral, or any celebration.
