Comments on Teaching and Learning at Xavier: It is important for me to make what I teach relevant beyond the classroom. I enjoy finding ways for students to think deeply about important life issues. I am working on my evolution as well as assisting students in their development. I will never be as organized or patient as I would like to be, but I keep trying. Tips - Find time to stay healthy - physically and mentally. Be a supportive colleague. Understanding and support are vital to a happy work environment.
