Intermediate French I

Taught by Susan F. Spillman

This course is taught at the intermediate level; students enter with a basic knowledge of reading, writing, comprehension, and speaking. Designed to integrate communicative objectives such as discussing fashion, weather, popular music, and cultural history with a review of grammatical structures, the course features completely Web-based presentation, with interactive exercises and instructor-designed units based upon Francophone sites of general interest.

  • Pre-requisites: FREN1020 or equivalent
  • Fulfills: 3 hours of language credit for students who enter with the equivalent of elementary French.

Course begins: Spring 2010
