This workshop is the second part of a two-part series. In the earlier workshop (Monday, November 15, 2:00-2:50 p.m.), Dr. Pamela Waldron-Moore and Dr. Beverly Mason presented their research findings on retention and motivation at HBCUs, including Xavier University.

This follow-up workshop explores the practical implications of this research for teachers in the classroom.
