Difficult Personalities in the Classroom
Your Rights, Their Rights, and What To Do

This workshop explores ways to improve interactions with students who are behaving in confrontational, hostile, or apathetic manners. Drs. Melissa Hopson-Sparks and Dominique Gendrin of the Communications Department will look at the problem with a focus on communication styles and strategies. Mr. Joe Byrd (VP of Student Services) will address the question of rights, responsibilites, and procedures as outlined in the Student Handbook.
