Using Classroom Assessment Techniques to Enhance Learning

Based on the work of Angelo and Cross, this workshop will examine the value of assessing student performance throughout the learning process. We will provide examples of low-preparation techniques that you can use in class this semester.

This workshop is designed to

-promote active learning in your courses.

-increase your collection of assessment strategies.

-acquaint you with helpful resources on assessing learning.
