Fixing Reading in Every Classroom
Alice Horning is a national figure in reading across the curriculum. Sheteaches an array of courses in Writing and Rhetoric, for the Honors College, and in the Department of Linguistics, chiefly dealing with language and literacy development. Her research focuses on the psycholinguistics of reading and writing. She has published books and articles in this area. She will be speaking to us about our Read Today, Lead Tomorrow initiative.
