Student Motivation and Brightspace

Brightspace @ XULA logo

Student motivation is a perennial issues for faculty; yet it is crucial to learning and academic success. In this session we will present some of the scholarship on motivation and evidence-based strategies you can use in your classroom. Then we will demonstrate ways you can use tools in Brightspace to implement these strategies.

You will be able to use one of the computers in our computer lab for the training. However, feel free to bring your own laptop, tablet, and/or smart phone so you can explore and build content in the Brightspace environment!

If you would like to use a Sandbox course for the training and you do not have one, please fill out this form to request a Brightspace Sandbox course.
