Toward a Campus Culture of Service-Learning

Join us for this round-table discussion of approaches to integrating service-learning into Xavier's academic cultural fabric, using as starting points strategies from leading service-learning scholar Dr. Robert Bringle of IUPUI. Dr. Bringle's research shows how the various moving pieces of a university can be engaged toward an increased school-wide presence and value of service-learning. This discussion will serve those interested in giving voice toward shaping and strengthening academic service-learning going forward, particularly under the new core. Faculty leaders are encouraged to attend.
