A Supportive Space for Mentors

A lot has been asked of you over the past eight months in your role as mentor. Amazingly, you have found a way to rise to the occasion and then some. It is likely that in trying to maintain healthy relationships with your mentees you have experienced overwhelming feelings of frustration and futility. If this sounds familiar, then this time and space was created just for you. This P-MAX session will provide a forum for you to spend time with other mentors who are facing similar challenges. We will discuss our experiences and the ways we have figured out to overcome the tough times.
