We know! Classes may be over, but the fall semester continues. However, we also know that some faculty are hoping to get a head start on the spring semester by recording some videos for their classes over the winter break. In order to help you, we've scheduled two drop-in sessions that are specially focused on recording, editing, and posting videos for your classes.
We also wanted to encourage faculty to take advantage of their free access to Camtasia, one of the most popular software programs for capturing lectures and making educational videos. If you didn't know that, as a faculty member at Xavier, you have can get Camtasia for free, please see this blog post from September: CAT Food: You've Got Camtasia.
If you want help getting Camtasia on your computer, or if you need advice on getting started with Camtasia, or if you are already using Camtasia but having some trouble, please stop by our special Camtasia Drop-in Hours.
If you want a peak at what you can do with Camtasia, watch this short (5:00 minute) video:
