Have you ever met with a student and wanted to review that student\u2019s grades with the student, but couldn\u2019t because the Grade Book shows the grades of all the other students? This isn't a problem in Brightspace. You can use the Grade Book search to temporarily hide the grades of all the other students and only show the grades for a single student.<\/p>\n

Follow these steps to do it.<\/h3>\n

To display one row in the Grade Book:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. On the NavBar, click Grades<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. On the Enter Grades<\/strong> page, enter the first and last name of the desired student in the Search For<\/em> field and then click on search icon.<\/li>\n
  3. When done, you should only see the selected student.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note:<\/strong> If you have more than one student with the same name, you can enter the 900 # of the desired student in the Search For<\/em> field. Ultimately, your search results should yield the row with the desired student's record.<\/p>\n

    To display all rows in the Grade Book:<\/h4>\n

    1. On the Enter Grades<\/strong> page, click on the Clear Search<\/strong> link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
