This makes it easy to personalize the learning experience with short, video-based feedback, comments, or instructions. Video Notes can be added where video attachments are supported and when the HTML Editor\u2019s Insert Stuff option is available.<\/p>\n<p><div align=\"center\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TgpM8tZ7CaQ\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/TgpM8tZ7CaQ\">Use Video Notes to record short videos [4:40]<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Instructors can use Video Notes to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a new Topic in Content area<\/li>\n<li>Add a Description to a Module or a Topic in the Content area<\/li>\n<li>Create an Announcement<\/li>\n<li>Provide instructions when creating a Submission Folder for Assignments<\/li>\n<li>Provide a feedback on students\u2019 Assignments<\/li>\n<li>Give a description of a new Topic in Discussions or make a post on a Discussion topic<\/li>\n<li>Give students feedback in the Grade Book<\/li>\n<li>Anywhere HTML editor is available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students can use Video Notes in these areas of Brightspace:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When adding comments to uploaded assignments in a Submission folder<\/li>\n<li>When posting a new thread or replying on someone\u2019s thread in Discussion topic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Follow these steps to do it.<\/h3>\n<p>To create and insert a video note in the HTML Editor:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong>HTML Editor<\/strong>, click the <strong>Insert Stuff<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Video Note<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Record Webcam Video<\/strong>, or <strong>Upload File<\/strong>.\n<p>If <strong>Record Webcam Video<\/strong> is selected, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>New Recording<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Record up to 3 minutes of video and click <strong>Stop Recording<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To view the video note, click the play icon.<\/li>\n<li>If you are satisfied with the video, click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a title and description for the video note, and click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Insert<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If <strong>Upload File<\/strong> is selected, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Choose File<\/strong> and select the file you want to upload from your computer.<\/li>\n<li>File format must be MP4, FLV, F4V, or MOV, and file size can be no larger than 5.00 MB.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>, and enter a title and description.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>, and then <strong>Insert<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><div
