Insert Stuff allows you to embed or link to content items and place  them within your Brightspace course. Insert Stuff is available anywhere in the course where the Brightspace Editor is available. This includes content item descriptions, announcements, discussions, assignments, quizzes, surveys.<\/p>\n<p><div align=\"center\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cat.xula.edu\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/insert-stuff.png\" title=\"insert stuff\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/cat.xula.edu\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/insert-stuff.png?resize=381%2C542\" alt=\"insert stuff window\" height=\"542\" width=\"381\"><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>Depending upon your needs, Insert Stuff allows you to upload and insert media in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upload a file from your computer<\/li>\n<li>Insert a file from within your Course Offering Files<\/li>\n<li>Insert a file from within your Brightspace ePortfolio<\/li>\n<li>Create and insert a <a href=\"https:\/\/cat.xula.edu\/food\/brightspace-tip-231-video-notes\/\">Video Note<\/a> (webcam recording)<\/li>\n<li>Insert a Youtube video via Youtube Search within Insert Stuff window<\/li>\n<li>Insert an image file via Flickr Search within the Insert Stuff window<\/li>\n<li>Enter a URL where your media file exists<\/li>\n<li>Insert a media file by using the Enter Embed Code option<\/li>\n<li>Insert media via a Mediasite Lecture Capture search<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next time you are contemplating using media in your courses, try inserting stuff. <\/p>\n<p>Are you looking for images to use in your courses?
