Instructors use the information in the Performance Dashboard to monitor student progress and keep students on track. <\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/en-us.help.blackboard.com\/%40api\/deki\/files\/7374\/performance_dashboard.png?ssl=1\" title=\"performance dashboard\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/en-us.help.blackboard.com\/%40api\/deki\/files\/7374\/performance_dashboard.png?resize=431%2C212&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"image showing performance dashboard\" height=\"212\" width=\"431\"><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p>Various types of user activity information is available in the Performance Dashboard. The information includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Last Course Access<\/strong>: The date and time when the user last accessed the course.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Days Since Last Course Access<\/strong>: The number of days that has elapsed since the last time the user accessed the course.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.blackboard.com\/en-us\/Learn\/9.1_SP_12_and_SP_13\/Instructor\/070_Course_Content\/000_Creating_Content\/050_Editing_and_Managing_Course_Areas_and_Content#How_to_Enable_Review_Status\">Review Status<\/a><\/strong>: Displays how many items have been reviewed.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.blackboard.com\/en-us\/Learn\/9.1_SP_12_and_SP_13\/Instructor\/070_Course_Content\/020_Release_of_Content\">Adaptive Release<\/a><\/strong>: Clicking on the icon opens a new window showing a directory tree overview of the entire course relative to the user, and the access status.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/help.blackboard.com\/en-us\/Learn\/9.1_SP_12_and_SP_13\/Instructor\/060_Course_Tools\/Discussion_Board\">Discussion Board<\/a><\/strong>: This column lists the number of Discussion Board comments created by the user. Clicking a number link opens the Discussion Board page listing all of the selected user's Discussion Board comments in the course.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customize <a href=\"http:\/\/help.blackboard.com\/en-us\/Learn\/9.1_SP_12_and_SP_13\/Instructor\/120_Student_Performance\/030_Retention_Center\">Retention Center<\/a><\/strong>: This column shows the number of triggered rules and the number of total rules that may trigger a warning. For example, 3\/5 means the user has triggered three rules out of five.
