If not, maybe you should consider using music. <\/p>\n<p>Research has shown that music can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set a positive mood<\/li>\n<li>Raise energy levels<\/li>\n<li>Reduce stress levels<\/li>\n<li>Calm your students<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and inspire your students<\/li>\n<li>Keep students focused and attentive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whether you need to calm your students down, or get them up and moving, music is just the thing to try out.<\/p>\n<p>Additional information can be found in the article by Chris Brewer on <a href=\"http:\/\/education.jhu.edu\/PD\/newhorizons\/strategies\/topics\/Arts%20in%20Education\/brewer.htm\">Music and Learning: Integrating Music in the Classroom<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It may not be a simple task to find suitable free music to use in your classroom or for your videos and presentations.
