Course Portfolio for SPTH 2920: Articulation Disorders

by Dr. Nancy Martino

This portfolio was written for Dr. Matrino's ''Articulation Disorders'' course and includes:

Philosophy of teaching statement

Portfolio purpose and teaching metaphor

Syllabus

Course materials including a taxonomy of learning, examples of assignments, and learning goals

Student course evaluations

Final reflections

Dr. Martino writes, ''The purpose of this portfolio was to examine my teaching in depth. I looked at what I presented to the class, how I presented it, and what I expected from the class. I then determined if my teaching was effective and if it assisted students to become better thinkers, leaders, pre-professional speech-language pathologists/audiologists, and members of society.''

The course portfolio is available in the Center or by contacting Dr. Martino at nmartino@xula.edu.
