Videotape Your Teaching

Improve your teaching by gaining another perspective on what is going on in your classroom. An optional, confidential analysis is available. This can:

  • Help you to see yourself as your students do
  • Provide a new perspective on your teaching methods and classroom interactions
  • Help you to gauge the level of student engagement
  • Assist you in learning assessment
  • Give you objective feedback on classroom management
  • Give you a new perspective on the classroom environment, or the cultural climate of the learning environment

If you are interested in having your class videotaped, please make a request through Instructional Media Services.

After your class has been videotaped, you may choose to have the recording analyzed. If you are interested in this service please contact:

Dr. Elizabeth Yost Hammer

Dr. Elizabeth Yost Hammer is Director of CAT.
