SPIG Minutes for Monday, November 1st, 2004

2:30-4 PM

Attendants: Deborah Bordelon, Bart Everson, Michelle Falgoust, Susan Fredine, David Lanoue, and Todd Stanislav.

The minutes of the 10-14-04 meeting will be reviewed at next week's meeting.

The group reviewed the SWOT Analysis Results that were compiled by Janet Gillespie. Some changes were made based on the members' recollection of the comments that were made during the Saturday meeting. Todd will update the document and send it to everyone.

The group agreed, prior to next week's meeting, to prioritize the list of items associated with each of the four areas: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The group will discuss the prioritized items at its next meeting, scheduled for Monday, November 8, at 2:30 in the Center's conference room.
