Meet Your Village: Developing a Personal Vision

Our next two mentoring network sessions are conjoined.

The first session on Feb 21st will be led by Bart Everson of CAT+FD, and will result in development of a personal vision statement focused on Work/Life Integration. It is expected that participants will reflect on personal identity and professional priorities through a series of writing exercises. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a clearer sense of who they are. Articulating a personal vision has numerous benefits. It can re-energize your efforts, inform your short-term and long-term plans, and improve your daily time-management skills. A personal vision statement reminds you of your purpose, helps you stay focused, and supports prioritization of your goals. And of course, good mentorship is founded on self-knowledge.

Our March 28th mentoring network session will utilize the personal vision statement that was crafted to refine your mentoring network (think work, life, health, fun…all of it). Your mentoring network will represent all the people you need and want to help you fulfill your personal vision!

Lunch will be provided.
