"The world famous Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, The Netherlands launched a website on March 22 featuring rare works of art and letters by its featured artist, Vincent Van Gogh. Some of the features of the online exhibition include 15 of the artist's greatest works, photographs of letters in van Gogh's own handwriting, and studies which lead up to some of his most admired artworks The site also includes news and a timeline of the artist's life for students studying van Gogh's life and work. Plans for expansion of the site include an online 3D museum, a chat room, and an online store. The timeline itself is one of the most valuable resources on van Gogh available on the Web today."
