SPIG Minutes for Monday, November 15th, 2004

2:30-4 PM

Attendants: Bart Everson, Michelle B. Falgoust, Lanny Foss, Susan Fredine, David Lanoue, and Todd Stanislav.

The minutes of the 11-1-04 meeting were approved.

The members prioritized the list of items associated with each of the four areas of the SWOT Analysis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

Todd will compile the new list of priorities.
