SPIG Minutes for Wednesday, April 20th, 2005

10:20-11:10 AM

Attendants: Debbie Bordelon, Bart Everson, David Lanoue, and Todd Stanislav.

The minutes of meetings held on 12-13-04, 3-30-05, 4-6-05, and 4-13-05 were reviewed and approved.

The committee members reviewed Goal 14 of the Implementation and Assessment Plan. The members then discussed the kinds of assessment data that would be appropriate. They determined that each timeline task associated with the goals would be assessed based on whether or not it was completed.

The committee agreed to insert "STATUS: [pending]" at the end of each timeline task. Once the date of the task has passed, the Center staff will be responsible for updating the status.

The committee then began reviewing each timeline task to ensure that this means of assessment was appropriate. This work will continue, beginning with Goal 10, at the next meeting scheduled for April 27, 2005, at 10 AM in the CAT conference room.
