Phase II: Implementation
Once the design document is in place, the actual work can begin. Implementation of the project can be a breeze if the plan is good, a nightmare if it is not. Alas, no plan is perfect, so revisions may be in order.
The exact process of implementation will vary from project to project, and should be spelled out in detail in the final section of the design document.
A number of Xavier University and New Orleans Public Schools faculty and students are currently in Phase II of their Web or CD-ROM projects.
