The Integration of Video Clips in an Articulation Disorders Course

Research has shown that students learn better when they are given visual information along with auditory information. Instead of just reading and talking about certain therapeutic techniques, students will have an opportunity to better grasp the concepts through the use of video clips in the course.

UPDATE: Wednesday, November 3, 2004
Assessment plan includes surveying students to rate their experience with technology and comparing evaluations from last year's class to determine if learners were able to elaborate more on specific cases. Results will be used to eliminate clips not beneficial to students.

Start date: Tuesday, June 1, 2004
Finish date: Friday, December 31, 2004
