A DRUG INDUCED DISEASES ELECTIVE COURSE BLENDING ONLINE AND FACE-TO-FACE CLINICAL APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

In light of the current curriculum revision, offering an online/hybrid elective course will allow the students to gain an introduction to this new teaching and learning tool. This is a proposal to redesign an elective course and determine whether the redesign will enhance students learning in a world that is technology driven. This course will provide students with information on drug induced disease states through online group discussions illustrations, and small groups face to face clinical application for patient-case scenarios. This course is inteddd to help students for application on student rotations pharmacy residencies, or future practice as a knowledgeable, competent pharmacist.
