TRANSFORMING INTRODUCTION TO ECONOMICS TO AN ONLINE LEARNING FORMAT

The proposed project aims to develop supplementary study material that will be used in an online course format for the Introduction to Economics (ECON 1030) class. When completed, the supplementary material will satisfy the following course objective that is stated in the course syllabus:

Course Objectives: To acquaint beginning students with the fundamentals of economics and then apply those fundamentals to issues in microeconomics and macroeconomics. (See http://www.sula.edu/blackboard or https://blackboard.xula.edu)
