Seminar on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

About the Seminar

All Xavier faculty members are invited to participate in a discussion and examination of the scholarship of teaching and learning during the fall 2005 semester. This new seminar is supported by a generous grant from The Bush and William & Flora Hewlett foundations.

Faculty involved in the seminar will learn about the scholarship of teaching and learning by reviewing and discussing with the other members of the group prominent examples of literature in this area of research.

A $500 stipend is available to participants in the seminar. Funded faculty are required to attend approximately bi-weekly meetings and submit a final report.
