Active Learning and Critical Thinking
Making It Happen in Class and Beyond

Former English Department chair, Dr. Michele Levy, returns to campus to lead this hands-on workshop. Participants will explore ways of engaging students in active learning and critical thinking both in class and, perhaps the greater challenge, outside of class. Moving quickly from theory to practice, participants will have the opportunity to design possible strategies for their own classes.
