Mentor's Role in Shaping the Ethical Behavior of Mentees
Mentors play an important role in both teaching and modeling ethical behavior. There are ethical issues centering on research itself as well as the relationships between mentors and their mentees. Reflecting on and discussing ethical behavior is an important part of becoming an effective mentor.
