Join us for an interactive discussion with a visiting scholar who is also a contemplative practitioner. Ven. Dr. Thích Tâm Đức is only in the United States for a few weeks so this is a rare opportunity.

About our guest: Ven. Thích Tâm Đức was born in 1953 in Thua Thien, Vietnam. He is a highly accomplished scholar with degrees in History, Buddhist Studies and Philosophy. He is a Standing Member of the Central Dhamma Executive Council of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, the Vice Rector and General Secretary of the Vietnam Buddhist Research Institute as well as the Vice Rector & Lecturer of Vietnam Buddhist University in Ho Chi Minh City. He has given Dhamma lectures and presentations on Buddhism throughout the world including the United States, Canada, India, Thailand, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
