She Wears Many Hats: Navigating Academia as a Black Woman

This talk will discuss the dilemmas many women of color face in academia and life. How do we manage to navigate our academic roles, embrace our identity, and push past the obstacles? How do we seem to seamlessly balance so many hats and what effect does it really have on us. This will be a very candid discussion, with full transparency, in hopes of supporting those who are navigating the same shores I/we have crossed.
